Granola bar Ingredients
160 g rolled oats
40 g nutritional nuts (you can choose 2-3 nuts or more as you like: almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, cashews, pistachios...you can choose according to your preference)
20 g flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds … (optional)
40 g dried fruit (raisins, dried figs, dried cranberries ...)
2-3 spoons of honey
2 tablespoons butter (can be substituted with cooking oil)
3g cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt

How to make Granola Bars
Step 1: Preheat oven to 170 degrees C (350 degrees F)
Step 2: Mix the mixture of butter, sugar, cinnamon powder, and honey evenly. Then add the nutritional seeds and oats and mix until all are combined.
Step 3: Using parchment paper to line the mold so it doesn't stick, spread the mixture out on a baking tray for 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius. Take out the water and turn it over for another 10 minutes.
Step 4: Let the baked mixture cool and add the dried fruit, so we have delicious and nutritious granola. Store in an airtight container and use gradually.
